This is correct, as Flickmyhouse is the largest Parcelshop in Amsterdam and surrounding areas. Packages are delivered here when there is insufficient storage space at your chosen package store.

Valid identification is always required to collect a package. Is the package under a different name? Make sure that this has been indicated to the carrier or that you as the collector can show the recipient’s identification.
With a premium subscription, you immediately use “free package storage” for a maximum period of 28 days. If you do not have a subscription, this is not possible.
Our parcel shop works with DPD, DHL, GLS, MONDIAL RELAY and UPS as carriers. Are you still missing a carrier? Then you can indicate this to the relevant carrier. We (don’t promise anything) but will ensure that it appears in this list in due course.
For DHL, DPD and MONDIAL RELAY:
A maximum length of 165CM
A maximum weight of 25KG
For UPS, package dimensions are individual and indicated during label creation.
For GLS: a maximum length of 165CM and a weight of up to 50KG.
This is possible, but keep an eye on the carriers’ collection times via the app. Please note that we are not liable for late delivery by a relevant carrier. If you want to deliver an urgent package with certainty, please contact us first to make a request.
